My friend Sal hit me up this winter to be a part of a black & white photo show at a cool coffee shop/bar in downtown Detroit. Looking back to the last couple years I haven’t shot much BW film. So, the original idea was to use a few photos from 2019, 2021 and then shoot a few new rolls to start out 2025. I ended up shooting a couple rolls of tri-x mostly at the conservatory, and I liked some of the results. I was happy to start the year off in different way. It definitely reminded me to shoot more BW film in the future. The show opened March 28th and runs for one month. These are the photos I chose, congrats to all involved!
